Gothic style carver chair, part of suite designed and made for Ali Campbell, lead singer with reggae band UB40. The chair continues the thistle theme at top of gothic arch with the addition of a pair of boar's heads sculpted onto the arms, this detail was taken from the Campbell family coat of arms ensuring the highly personal heirloom status of this commission. Chair is made from same reclaimed Oak as table, upholstered in antiqued leather and hand finished with oil and beeswax. |
